Power 90 Workout Update – End of Week 5 (June 10th, 2009)

This past Sunday marked the end of Week 5 of Power 90. Needless to say, it was a crazy week. Drove back to Detroit near the end of the week and missed Thursday – Saturday’s workouts, but got light cardio in. Had a bruise to my knee on Saturday from playing basketball, but feels fine again. The upcoming week will consist of 1 hour workouts. My eating habits have still been consistent and healthy. I’m down to a waist size 40 (down from 44), so the weight is still coming off. The ultimate goal will probably be a size 36. I might go lower depending on my end results.

Power 90 Workout Update – End of Week 1 (May 12th, 2009)

Just a quick update on my progress so far. I’m thinking about waiting until next week to post my measurements since I only worked out 4 of the 6 days (with some extra cardio thrown in by playing basketball outside the past few days). But anyway, this week is going to be much better. The goal is to push play every day from here on out.

Oh, and I probably will post my measurements tomorrow. If i didn’t loose any weight or inches, it’ll serve as a reminder that me (and everyone else) that you won’t lose weight by skipping workouts and deviating from your nutritional meal plan.
