My mother recently bought my sister and I an exercise dvd called Turbo Jam “Fat Blaster” it’s great and my sister and I with our new workout and healthy diets have already dropped a few pounds, my mother also has a series of other Turbo Jam dvd’s such as Cardio Party and Ab Jam. I was wondering which one of the dvd’s is the best workout to help keep off the pounds thanks 
The fat blaster set should have also come with a lower body sculpting workout as well and perhaps another version of Cardio Party depending on when she got the DVDs.
All the Turbo Workouts are Excellent and will keep you in shape and loving to workout! The resistance training is a must though to keep the lean muscle mass toned since that is what shapes your body and burns more calories even at rest.
So be sure to include the Turbo Sculpt and any of the other resistance workouts (like 3T, booty sculpt and Lower body sculpt) They are all great and give excellent results.
