Have anyone tried the Brazil Butt Lift Workout DVD?

Let me know your results… I want to order this workout DVD but just wanted to hear what others results were from using this DVD.

I have been using this for about a week, and I think it’s working. My butt is a pretty sore but that’s a good thing. It is a great cardio workout. Made me sweat A LOT. My boyfriend has a problem with my extra chub chub here n there, and always pushes me to go to the gym or do crunches. I showed him this and he was excited and skeptical at the same time. He watched me do these for a few days, and hes all smiles :) He says he’s already seeing a difference, but its only been a week. I guess we’ll see later on! :D

P90X Versus P90 Workout

Tony Horton’s P90X and Power 90 workout programs are awesome tools for burning fat and building muscle.
If you’re trying to decide which workout program is right for you, then this information will help you.  Both plans are very  intense and require long term dedication. But they also promise great results. Beyond that, there are several key similarities and differences that one should keep in mind when deciding on the correct workout plan.

Time Commitment

Both programs, as you would guess, require a total of 90 days from the potential trainee. However, the amount of time per day will vary drastically. The P90 program will take about 35 minutes per day on average. This will allow the individual to fit training sessions in between life events. The P90X will require it’s own time slot in your daily plans due to its 45 to 90 minute sessions.

Intensity

Both programs can be very challenging (if you do them correctly). The P90X will rush you through a series of intense workouts designed to build muscle fast. The P90 is still difficult, but it is set at a slightly more relaxed pace for a shorter duration. Do not let that fool you though because it can still provide some incredible results. If you need a little persuasion, you can take a look at the feedback at Amazon or some videos on Youtube. Within a few clicks, you will be convinced of the effectiveness of both programs.

Required Equipment

The equipment needed for both programs is very limited. Both will require dumbbells for certain exercises throughout the workout programs. The P90X will often require the use of a Pull-Up bar. If you don’t have one, you can purchase an inexpensive P90X Chin-Up bar from one of the BeachBody Fitness retailers.

About Tony Horton

If you are at all into fitness or even just frequently watch television, you probably have heard the name Tony Horton before. He can be seen on fitness infomercials promoting his Beachbody workouts such as P90X and 10 Minute Trainer. While may have heard his name before and know that he is a fitness guru, you may not know exactly who he is and why is products like P90X are such a success.

Most people assume that Tony Horton was born with the body he has, but that is not true. Tony had to work for his body just like everybody else does. When Tony was a kid he loved fast food meals and was quite scrawny. At that point, fitness never even crossed his mind.

This prompted him to become a personal trainer were he picked up several celebrity clients. He also got a job training the cast of the movie The 13th Warrior.

During this time, Tony Horton met the CEO of Beachbody, Carl Daikeler. Tony and Carl decided to form a business relationship, which is how Tony Horton became known as one of the most successful Beachbody trainers. He went on to design such workout programs as P90X, 10 Minute Trainer and Power 90. He came up with the exercise technique called muscle confusion for his program P90X, which has been widely successful. His workout programs from Beachbody have helped thousands of people lose weight, develop lean muscle, and just overall get healthier and fitter.

Tony Horton can now be seen on the television promoting his Beachbody workout programs such as P90X and 10 Minute Trainer. He not only designs the workout programs, but also instructs every workout for the program. Through hard work and determination Tony Horton as made a name for himself as a fitness professional.

Does anyone have the 10 Minute Trainer by Tony Horton Videos?

I would like to see the 10 minute trainer videos, If anyone can be nice enough and email them to me, I would like to see what I’m getting my self into? Thanks in advanced.

The videos are on DVD. When you order the program you get the DVDs and the entire kit with resistance bands, a cardio attachment, door attachment and the complete workout and meal plan.

An email of ripped videos will not give you all you need.
